Chaat’s food is an homage to Indian street food culture & an modern uplift of each popular dishes. The cocktails & wines are influenced by the spice trade.

VERDICT:
Highly raved by many & incredibly difficult to book (2-3 months wait) restaurant.
The manager was very accommodating and arranged a dinner for us, which is a lovely surprise.
There is absolutely no surprises at Chaat, which won this year’s Best Service award - which recognisesthe precision and preparedness that goes into ensuring smooth service and a memorable experience for guests.
All the dishes are excellent, no disappointment at all! My favourite was the chicken tikka masala & baked samosa!
So far, this is my favourite restaurant during my visit in Hong Kong. Looking forward to come back again!
