VERDICT:

Probably the best place in Tokyo to experience Modern Kaiseki. Our favourite was the “Bread of the Forest”. It is such a simple concept but presented and baked in front of us in the most surprising way. Overall, the food presentation was perfect, complex flavours and attention to details. It was an experience for me and I promise you will not regret visiting!
