The restaurant has likes of a gentleman’s club thanks to its leather seats and bronze touches.
Jung Sang-won grew up steps away from Seoul’s Majang Meat Market, where his father still has a shop, and his understanding of beef is profound. He created a one-of-a-kind space that offers three different dining concepts.
The casual eatery on the second floor has been inspired by the butcher restaurants that populate the vicinity of the Majang Meat Market, but it is decidedly more modern and refined.
The butcher lounge occupies the first floor while the third floor offers a multi-course beef experience.
However, for a taste of what the restaurant is truly all about, the basement is where the chef's specialty beef course is.

Tried the Casual Dining Recommendation course which included 5-courses with assorted beef platter.
An absolutely fantastic dining experience if you want to get an understanding of why hanwoo beef is so sought after.
There was a wide variety of dishes as to not overwhelm your tastebuds and also dishes from various cultures.
Service was stellar and our chef explained every dish and ingredient well. Everything was cooked to perfections and accompanying sides were a perfect pair.
The butchery on the first floor is a delight to observe too!🥹
