@esora.restaurant restaurant is currently helmed by Head Chef Takeshi Araki, alongside Chef de Cuisine Noboru Shimohigashi.
I was apprehensive about visiting Esora given that I have always been very impressed by the amount of dedication and effort put in by Chef Koizumi.
However I visited Esora with an open mind and walked out of the restaurant with a satisfied meal. The menu presentation remains the same, but the style slightly differs. Overall, each dish presents quality ingredients used and as usual, the presentation reveals a surprise for its diners.
Good work team and I am looking forward to what Chef Araki and his team has for Esora Summer.
