Known for its progressive Indian fare, his plate licking and finger cone innovations, Gaggan’s pop-up ep 3 returns with a new menu of GAGGAN ANAND’S GREATEST HITS. The pop up is represented by and located at Mandala Club Singapore from 6 April to June 2022.
Lunch is priced at $288++, while dinner costs $388++.
Green lotus leaf, green chutney, popping candy, yoghurt and chutney masala
Green pea mint puree. Masala, mango puree, tamarind chutneys, sorrels and oxallis

Free range egg yolk sous vide at 68 °C, crispy ginger. Fried quinoa, fried ginger, fried curry leaves
Mixed Sze Chuan peppercorns. Chutney, raw mango with coconut.
Tamarind and honey with duck jus. Purple potatoes ribbon sprinkled with purple powder.
Basmati rice seasoned with Mustard seed. Confit duck curry, version of Gaggan Baji, deep fried Shishito, pickled Jambu and dried bird eye chili.
