🍸 Kombucha added flavour sour sap strawberry

🍞 EVOO Bread, Mushroom Paste, Honey Parmesan Tempe, Virgin olive oil.

🌼Tempe cracker (fermented soya bean), sprouts, cabbage and Pakuria (local traditional flower) - taste bitter, cashew dressing with local basil (Kemban Turi).

🥧 Pie Tee, butternut squash, Jogja Cheese, Chorizo.

🍔 Breakfast From Mom, child breakfast memory inspired by rice, Lap Cheong, egg omelette.

🐟 Smoked yellow tail king Fish, Lemon Tea, marinated Ikura and lemon tea.

🍤 Deep fried prawn, jikama, peanuts and wrapped with shisho leaves, pair with olives. Dipped with Asinan (pickled sauce) and peanut sauce.

🍞 Foie PB&J , inspired by peanut butter jelly sandwich. Middle is foie gras mousse, topped with pickled grapes fermented in wine.

🦪 Scallop, Green Chili , coconut brunika infused with beetroot sprinkled with Coppa.

🧀 Stracciatella (creamie mozerella cheese), underneath there is elements of umami, savoury, sourery in 1 bowl with tomato cherry, basil, beansprouts and some purée, served with sourdough.

🐙 Octopus, burnt watermelon, black olives covered by the red spinach and  Hollandaise sauce seasoned with Andaliman pepper.

🥣 Batik Clam & Squid Chowder

Clam chowder with local clam called Clam Batik with skin of rice crisps underneath.

🐠 Sablefish served with the yellow curry broth inspired by Garam Asam (sweet and sour taste). Bilimbi (taste super sour). Relish from Kecombrang (ginger torch) and chilli topped with fried kale.

🥩 Wagyu Tender, Kluwak, Pickled Shiitake

Tenderloin (marbling 9+) served in green curry sauce and black onion sauce and pickled shiitake mushroom.

🐖 Pork neck slowly grilled and spice rub and on top of that is tomato and pork crackling.

🍓 Hyoshii Strawberry, Shiso, Lavender

🧋Bubble Tea, Earl Grey, Vanilla, Caramel
