VERDICT:
Overall, the team delivered an exquisite meal. Dishes were very well thought out and perfectly executed. The use of Korean ingredients in a very innovative way fascinated me with their flavours, aesthetically and creativity. The alcohol pairing was pretty good considering that they proposed a wide variety of alcohol found in the country.
Lastly, the engagement from the chef and team, the interactive elements throughout the menu, the kitchen tour, and some special treats for celebration which were unexpected. A must try for foodies!
