Mingles is a 2 Michelin Starred restaurant in Seoul, South Korea and is inspired by traditional Korean cuisine and modern techniques.
The philosophy is using a blend of ‘contrasting elements into harmony'. The courses menu is inspired by nature and seasonal ingredient changes. The restaurant menu is currently serving its summer menu.
Located in the Cheongdam-dong area, Mingles occupies the entire 2nd floor of the building.
The restaurant is decorated with many wooden elements, providing a very warm, welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for the diners.

VERDICT:
If you are visiting Korea and thinking of dining at a fancy restaurant, Mingles is definitely worth dining at. Apart from the delicate and quality ingredients used for it's dishes, the service was impeccable , and the staff spoke fluent English and explained each dish in detail.
