Cilantro Restaurant & Wine Bar, helmed by the chef Takashi Kimura, caters for KLites with roving palates. The fine-dining restaurant has been serving European classics with food presentation that echoes Japanese minimalism.
The meal consists of a proper fine dining experiences of amuse bouches, palate cleanser and classic combinations such as cold pasta with cod roe and shirako to a robustly flavoured grilled wagyu with veal viennoise.
