Kaisen 8 Bar is a Japanese⁣ “innovative fusion” restaurant that offers both omakase and alacarte items. The restaurant is headed by Chef Kevin, formerly from RWS Syun and Nadaman.

We ordered the chef’s special omakase this time and love it !

2️⃣ Sea bream tai ponzu jelly

3️⃣ Chutoro, akame and buri belly, Tako 🍣

4️⃣ Amadai with crab meat 🦀

5️⃣ Abalone with liver sauce with rice on Hot stone 🦪

6️⃣Sakura ebi with Truffle 🦐

7️⃣ Half kinki fish 🐠

8️⃣ Foie gras on toast with truffle, A5 Beef, Mushroom, Amera tomato, Snow salt Wasabi

9️⃣ SUSHI 🍣

VERDICT:

Every visit to Kaisen 8 Bar is a pleasant surprise and a satisfied meal. There were many umani moments and intriguing layers of flavours from the Chef's creation. Chef Kevin’s is a very dedicated chef and he puts in a lot of effort in presenting each dish, be it the presentation or the taste. Definitely a 5 Star experience for me!

Also our alcohol lined up that night was a great one too!
