About The Labyrinth

Opened in 2014, Labyrinth by Chef @han_lg is a One Michelin Starred Restaurant serves neo-Singaporean cuisine. The dishes offers the beautiful discovery of Singapore’s hawker flavours and a taste of the city’s local flavours and childhood food memories.

  7. Cairnhill steakhouse was one of the first steakhouse in the late 1960s in Singapore to showcase premium air-flown beef from Australia on a cow-shape sizzling plate and is traditionally paired with Hainanese red wine sauce. It closed down on 1994 and this is @restaurantlabyrinth @han_lg version of “An Ode To Cairnhill Steakhouse” with⁣ Tochigi A4 wagyu striploin, Hainanese red wine sauce, French Bean, confit carrots, ground peanuts. Also served with Faux Jacket potatoes - sour cream and bacon bits. Extremely delicious!!⁣ (👉 Pic 15-17)⁣
