Inspired by a Mexican-Indian love story of a Mexican girl (Ms. Maria) and an Indian boy (Mr. Singh) who met and fall in love. The dishes at Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh are inspired by Indian dishes such as Papdi Chat, a yoghurt sphere, served on a mini taco shell with chutney and pomegranate & Mexican dishes such as quesadillas and ceviche!
In terms of ambience, the restaurant looks casual, colourful, and approachable.

It was so nice to meet Gaggan Anand again at Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh! We had a great time there and it was such a fun night! ⚡My favourite was the Papdi Chat, a yoghurt sphere, served on a mini taco shell with chutney and pomegranate!
If you’re looking for a chillout place to hang out with your fashionable friends, then Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh is the perfect place for you!
Overall, we both agree that we had a great time indeed in one of Bangkok’s trendiest restaurant! 😉⚡🇹🇭 a must visit if you are there!
