Helmed by Chef Louis Han, NAE:UM, which literally means fragrance that brings back memories, is a contemporary Korean restaurant inspired by Chef Han’s childhood in South Korea and his experiences around the world.
NAEːUM has introduced its third episodic menu, ‘Seaside dream’, a 6-course menu at S$188++ with three supplementary dishes. This episode is inspired by the seaside of Korea where Chef seeks to recreate dishes from his memories.

VERDICT:
Although the price is reasonable and I enjoyed the experience of where Chef tries to recreate dishes from his memories at the seaside, the plating still needs work and the presentation could be done better.
Overall, the dishes served are still good with quality ingredients used. I look forward to the next episode of the chef’s creation.
