DINE. DRINK. TRAVEL.
I blog about Living Experiences that are worth sharing.

The Nadodi Experience
Nadodi means nomad or wanderer in Tamil and Malayalam, which is widely spoken across the Southern part of the Indian subcontinent including Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Sri Lanka.
All in all, the dishes can be moderately spicy but manageable. Some dishes feature modern European cooking techniques in traditional hearty stews, curries and soups.

The Dewakan Experience
Dewakan is a mashup of two Malay words: ‘Dewa,’ meaning God, and ‘Makan,’ meaning both simply ‘food’ and ‘to eat’. In other words, ‘food from God’.
The restaurant takes on rare and forgotten indigenous ingredients from peninsular Malaysia, from sea, mountain, jungle and farm and turn it into beautiful fine dining dishes.

The gēn 根 Experience
gēn 根 (meaning ‘Roots’) is one of my memorable fine dinings concepts I had in Malaysia. ‘My Malaysian Stories’ tasting menus (eight-course lunch; 12-course dinner) showcases nostalgic native flavours and innovative cooking techniques.

The Rhubarb Le Experience
Rhubarb Le Restaurant is a 1*Star restaurant in Singapore serving French cuisine and wine.

The Sushi Sakuta Experience

The Sage by Yasunori Doi Experience
Sage By Yasuhiro is a new restaurant located on the ground floor of Orchard Plaza. The restaurant is helmed by Chef Doi who previously at Bistrot Etroit located just next door. Now located in a much bigger establishment, it houses about double the seats of it did in the previous establishment. The menu however, remains the same.

The Rosemead Experience
Rosemead is the new modern restaurant at Cecil Street featuring natural flavours and fresh seasonal tastes, many of which are masterfully woodfired over orange and lychee wood embers

The Ma Cuisine Experience
Ma Cuisine is a One Michelin gastro wine bar located on Craig Road. The restaurant shares a passion, dynamism and love for wine, with cellars that houses over 3,000 bottles.

The Lerouy Experience
LEROUY is a 1 Michelin Star modern restaurant with an open kitchen concept serving a carte blanche french cuisine.
