The Kaisen 8 Bar Experience
Kaisen 8 Bar is a Japanese “innovative fusion” restaurant that offers both omakase and alacarte items. The restaurant is headed by Chef Kevin, formerly from RWS Syun and Nadaman.
Tang Yun Tanglin Club x Foodie Group
Tang Yun is an authentic Cantonese dining restaurant, nested in the heart of Tanglin Club, Singapore’s oldest and prestigious private members club founded in 1865, with over 4,000 members from more than 70 countries.
Located on level 2, the restaurant is above the club’s reception and its entrance. It is not a big restaurant with about 2 or 3 private dining rooms.
The Tamba Experience
Tamba is the new sister of Kafe Utu, Singapore’s first African restaurant. Both were founded by Canadian Kurt Wagner, who lived on the African continent in his youth. Tamba is named after his Liberian adoptive brother, who died at a young age.
The Singapore Edition Experience
The Singapore Edition is the lion city’s newest hotel located on Cuscaden Road. The Singapore Edition is the brand’s first hotel in Southeast Asia and designed by Moshe Safdie and local studio DP Architects.

The Dirty Supper Experience
Dirty Supper is the newest tenant to the Moh Guan Terrace, taking over where Bincho at Hua Bee used to be. Dirty Supper shares the space with the bak chor mee stall (Hua Bee Restaurant) which opens in the day, and the restaurant takes over from 3pm till late to serve seasonal small plates.
The Pearl Dragon Experience
Part of the City Of Dreams Macau initiative, Pearl Dragon is a Michelin-starred Chinese Cantonese restaurant on the 2nd floor of Studio City.
The New Ubin Seafood Experience
The New Ubin Seafood’s first began on the island of Pulau Ubin itself, where it served kampong-style seafood to all who visited Ubin’s north shore. With acquisition of Pulau Ubin by the Singapore government in 1992, New Ubin Seafood moved to the mainland, and the current zi char kitchen is located at Metropolitan YMCA and in CHIJMES building.

Peach Blossoms is helmed by award-winning Executive Chinese Chef Edward Chong, who uses seasonal produce, modern culinary techniques and artful presentation, creating signature dishes that tell stories and evoke senses.
