The Bacata Experience
Bacata is a new contemporary Colombian restaurant by Chef-Owner Fernando Arévalo located in Frasers Tower in the CBD of Singapore. The space of the 36-seater Bacata took over the now-defunct Preludio. The name Bacata is the ancestral name of Bogotá, where Chef Fernando was born.

The Torno Subito Pop-up Experience
Before Torno Subito’s official opening, there is a pop-up happening from 20 – 23 September at COMO Dempsey for a sneak peak of the new menu consisting of appetising Aperitivo and Cena (dinner) selections.
Led by Head Chef Alessio Pirozzo, relish in dishes that range from hand-crafted cavatelli pasta and poached cod to the signature Tiramisubito, a signature dessert dish in the Dubai outpost.

The Anan Saigon Experience
Its name translating as ‘eat, eat’, the Asia’s 50 Best-listed Anăn is located in Chợ Cũ, Ho Chi Minh’s oldest wet market.
Chef Peter Cuöng's creative modern Vietnamese cuisine reflects his vision of a new Vietnam that is deeply respectful of its history and traditions yet progressive and international in outlook.

The Matera Experience
Matera Restaurant is located at The Fullerton Waterboat House, which previously houses Basque Kitchen by Aitor.

Province is a restaurant opened by ex-Magic Square chef Law Jia Jun. The restaurant explores the use of contemporary South East Asian ingredients with modern techniques that uses charcoal grill as the main cooking method.

There is a lovely port town of brutalist red brick buildings at Maizuru (舞鶴) Brick Park.
Facing the Sea of Japan (日本海), Maizuru was originally a fishing village before turning into one of the most important naval bases in all of Japan. During the 1904 – 1905 Russo–Japanese War, many warships were deployed here.
