The Avenue On 3 Experience
Avenue on 3 at Paragon Orchard is a multi-label lifestyle luxury retail shop which offers a one-of-a-kind shopping experience for high end footwear, fashion accessories, skincare brands, cafe and a chocolate boutique.
The NonyaBong Experience
NonyaBong is a private dining that serves authentic Peranakan cuisine. The private dining serves À la carte menu, the “Eat Until Pain”, “Eat Until Pengsan” and “Eat Until Blessed” 8, 10 & 12-course set menus.
Recipes are collected since Uncle Jeffery Chia’s grandparents' days who are both Peranakans and chefs.
The Sorn Experience
In a restored 2-storey mansion, Sorn’s menu and gardens are inspired by the tropical forests of the south which consists of mostly seafood as the whole southern region is surrounded by water.
The team interprets southern Thai, mixing recipes with modern practices and local culinary, and sourcing ingredients from local farmers and fishers.
The Nusara Experience
Nusara Bangkok. serves traditional Thai cuisine with a modern update on the chef’s family recipes and culinary traditions.
The Potong Experience
Situated in Bangkok’s Chinatown, Potong is a fine dining restaurant, located in a beautiful heritage building by Chef Pichaya ‘Pam’ Utharntharm. It serves 20-course tasting menu of innovative Thai-Chinese cuisine in the heart of Bangkok’s Chinatown.
The CHAAT Experience
Chaat – means 'to lick' in Hindi. The restaurant is located within the glamorous Rosewood Hong Kong hotel and helmed by chef Manav Tuli.
The Bâtard Experience
Bâtard is housed within The Fine Wine Experience and the restaurant is about fine French food as it is about fine wine in Hong Kong.
The Mono Experience
Mono is a 1 Michelin Starred LatAm restaurant situated along On Lan Street. The Venezuelan chef, Ricardo Chaneton, serves a tasting menu that reinterprets LatAm cuisine while paying homage to his culinary roots.
The Imperial Treasure Shanghai Experience
Known to be one of the best Chinese fine dining restaurants available in Singapore, Imperial Treasure Fine Shanghai Cuisine at Ngee Ann City is a Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant that serves the finest and most authentic Shanghainese Chinese dishes.
The Hamamoto Singapore Experience
My second visit to Hamamoto by Chef Kazu at 58 Tras Street, in an intimate Omakase 12-seater Kappo restaurant setting. Hamamoto was awarded One-Michelin Star in 2022.

Facing the Sea of Japan (日本海), Maizuru was originally a fishing village before turning into one of the most important naval bases in all of Japan. During the 1904 – 1905 Russo–Japanese War, many warships were deployed here.
